The Middle East conflict has made Spain a unique case in the European Union: it is not easy to find another country in which government ministers publicly show a position contrary to that of their own government. The CIS says that PSOE and PP are very equal, and raises several questions about current issues. The amnesty could be considered a fairly topical issue. But the CIS has not considered it interesting to ask that question to the respondents.
There is still room for the investiture until November 27. But, for the moment, Sánchez does not have the necessary votes. The date for the plenary session in Congress has not even been set. And that is a clue to take into account.
