This is the idea that Ben Hamilton, with his wife Giorgia, translated into CYNIC Coffee Company, a new venue offering Italian breakfast, lunch and aperitif in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Born in New York in 1991, Ben moved to Padua at the age of six: “From having to stay only a few months to the end it became almost 26 years,” he tells Il Gusto, recalling that his mother made sure he knew both cultures to perfection and did not forget either one or the other.
