DALFSEN – OMMEN – In an effort to reduce stress and improve sleep, Vitaal Vechtdal is hosting two free meetings on November 22 and January 22. These gatherings aim to prioritize mental health and well-being, as sleep quality and stress management play a vital role in overall health.

Chronic sleep deprivation and excessive stress not only affect daily life but can also increase the risk of heart rhythm disorders, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and obesity.
