An unhealthy balance between work and private life and an alcohol intake that ended in abuse caused Jesper Hammer, who had just joined as managing director of Flensted Mobiler, to give up his career at Ecco. In turn, the addiction treatment gave him an enormous self-insight, which has since defined both his career and private life.
