SANTO DOMINGO.- A solo home run by imported Blaine Crim in the sixth inning gave a lead that the Leones del Esído did not lose the rest of the night to beat the Tigres del Licey 3-1 early Friday morning at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal stadium.
The hit in left field came against Arodys Vizcaíno, who replaced starter César Valdez after a performance of five scoreless innings, ending without a decision.
