Luis Enrique’s men easily disposed of Strasbourg this Saturday and temporarily take the lead in Ligue 1. Mbappé, Soler and Ruiz scored.
Easy, Paris SG quietly won this Saturday for the 9th day of Ligue 1 against Strasbourg (3-0).
Facing the empty stand at the Auteuil corner – closed due to the homophobic chants launched after the victory against OM – Luis Enrique’s players quickly settled into the Strasbourg camp. Kang-in Lee missed his shot in an ideal position (7th) before the first, fatal error from the Racing defense. On a cross from the left, Nyamsi missed his control then unbalanced Ramos, giving Mbappé the opportunity to open the scoring from the start. The French striker did not tremble to convert his penalty (1-0, 10th). Strasbourg had to react and was quick to do so. In the process, Mothiba believed to equalize on a delivery from Perrin but the video intervened, signaling an offside of a few centimeters (12th).
