The release of several films was delayed due to the spread of Kovid. Only a handful of films have hit theaters in recent weeks on pre-arranged dates. With the change of big pictures, the charting of movies is also changing. Now a Malayalam movie is getting ready to reach the audience a week earlier than it was announced. ‘Kallan D Souza’, directed by Jeethu K Jayan and starring Soubin Shahir, has been released a week earlier than previously announced.
On December 7, the cast announced that the film would hit the screens on the 27th of this month. But the new announcement is that the film will hit theaters this coming Friday, the 21st. Thief D’Souza played the role of Saubin in Dulquer’s Martin Prakat movie ‘Charlie’. This is a spin-off movie starring this character. Dileesh Pothen, Surabhi Lakshmi and Harish Kanaran will be seen in other important roles.
