Bad Bunny Silences Critics with Hilarious Monologue on “Saturday Night Live”

Global superstar Bad Bunny proved his doubters wrong as he confidently took the stage on “Saturday Night Live” and addressed those who questioned his ability to host the NBC sketch show. The Puerto Rican artist wasted no time during his monologue to hit back at critics who claimed he couldn’t dominate the English language.

“People are wondering if I can’t host this show because English is not my first language,” Bad Bunny said. “I don’t know if they know, but I do whatever I want. I can host this show in English. I can order McDonald’s in English. I can have sex in English. But I prefer sex in Spanish because it’s just better.”

Switching to Spanish, Bad Bunny sent a shoutout to “all the Latinos in the world and especially the ones that are watching me live in Puerto Rico.” However, he noticed that the captions on the screen read “SPEAKING IN NON-ENGLISH,” referencing the controversy at the Grammys where CBS failed to provide close captioning for his Spanish performances.

To close out his monologue, Bad Bunny called on Pedro Pascal, who previously hosted “SNL” earlier this year. Pascal offered some advice on making a self-deprecating joke during a monologue, mentioning that audiences love it when hosts show embarrassing photos of themselves.

Bad Bunny didn’t hesitate to fire back, jokingly saying, “I don’t have any [unflattering body parts].” Pascal then displayed a photo of himself in a risqué photoshoot, clad only in a towel.

The entire monologue, filled with humor and camaraderie, can be viewed in the video posted above. Bad Bunny’s appearance on “Saturday Night Live” not only showcased his comedic talents but also proved that language is no barrier for his hosting abilities.
