Norrköping, Östergötland County – The Police Region East is currently searching for a qualified individual to fill the position of Group Manager for Reception Operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the handling of passport matters, identity card documents, service issues, reports, and lost property. The selected candidate will be a part of the local police area’s management team, contributing to organizational change and development.

The Police Authority is the largest authority in Sweden, employing approximately 37,000 individuals across seven police regions, national departments, and an office. Region East consists of three police areas: Södermanland, Östergötland, and Jönköping. Qualified applicants should have at least six months of continuous experience in running and leading alongside other managers, as well as experience in the area of ​​reception operations. They should possess relevant degrees or training and experience in leading others towards set goals and results. Experience in police operations and knowledge of service operations is also considered a meritorious qualification.
