Kottayam: A young man was beaten to death and taken to the police station in Kottayam. Shaan Babu, a native of Vimalagiri, was killed. The body was found in front of the Kottayam East police station this morning.
Jomon K Jose from Kottayam was taken into police custody in the case. Defendant in several cases was recently deported on a cap. Police are questioning Jomon.
After the body was brought to the police station, the accused himself shouted at the police that he had killed someone. Defendant alleges that Shawn belonged to another gang.
