When she visited this bright studio of around twenty square meters a stone’s throw from the Aligre market (Paris 12th arrondissement) last summer, Valérie – who lived on the street – didn’t believe it. “I said to myself, it’s not possible! It’s not for me ! » And yet, since September 14, this 57-year-old woman has lived here, at the guesthouse at 17, rue de Prague, inaugurated this October. Seventh floor, elevator, long balcony with a view of Jean Nouvel’s Duo towers… It is with pleasure that Valérie shows you her new home.
