The same did not happen in the live popular music concertswhere in comparison with the previous year, there were increases of 51.4% in the offer, with almost 98,000 concerts, which were attended by more than double the number of spectators and which raised almost three times more.

In the physical market, the rise in prices once again stood out vinyl sales, which shows that it is no longer an “anecdotal or residual” market, said Gutiérrez.

With regard to the rooms cineas happened in the performing arts and classical music, despite improving the 2021 figures, it is far from recovering the pre-pandemic values.

Thus, the number of sessions increased by 35.5%, attendance by 44.2% and collections by 47.9% compared to 2021, but, if compared to 2019, there were 16.4% fewer sessions, 43.3% fewer viewers and 40.2% less revenue.
