The town of Titao supplied with at least 500 tonnes of food, officials returning
Ouagadougou(AIB)-The town of Titao in Loroum was supplied on October 21, 2023, with at least 500 tons of food, thanks to a convoy secured by the Combatant Forces.
A convoy of several dozen vehicles, motorcycle taxis and motorcyclists arrived on Saturday October 21, 2023 in Titao, loaded with at least 500 tons of food and other basic needs to relieve the populations.
In addition to goods, this convoy allowed the return of administrative officials and several internally displaced people.
Several teachers and volunteers were also able to reach the city for the resumption of educational activities.
Thanks to the multiplication of operations in the North, the Combatant Forces hope to take total control of the Ouahigouya-Titao axis as soon as possible, the AIB learned.
