According to ‘Ser’, one of the two girls whose footballers allegedly recorded and shared the video of sexual content is a minor.

As reported by ‘Cadena Ser’, the judge studying the alleged crime of discovery and revelation of secrets to four footballers from the Real Madrid youth academy has added the possible crime of child pornography to the case. The players allegedly recorded and broadcast a video in which they had sexual relations with two girls from The Palms. One of them is minor.
The judge has accepted the prosecutor’s appeal and will incorporate the crime into the case, although it is not yet official. This crime can carry penalties between one and five years in prison.
Meanwhile, there is still no date for one of the tests that could be definitive: the dumping of information from the players’ mobile phones. What’s more, the judge’s latest order declines the appeal of the only one of the four players who did not intervene in the recorded sexual acts and who demanded the annulment of the dump test. Therefore, there is no longer any obstacle to carrying out this test.
