More than forty years have passed since the first broadcast of “Hazzard” (1979-1985) but the series, set in Georgia and centered on the daring adventures of the Duke family, is still remembered with affection by many fans today. The success of the show is linked to the raids experienced by the protagonists, who travel around the imaginary county of Hazzard aboard the legendary General Lee (a 1969 Dodge Charger). In 2005 «Hazzard» inspired a feature film directed by Jay Chandrasekhar starring Johnny Knoxville, Seann William Scott and Jessica Simpson.
