The Chamber of Foreign Trade of Córdoba (Cacec), the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Mining of the Province and the Industrial Union of Córdoba presented, for the first time together, the ‘Industry Day and Córdoba in the World 2023’ awards .
During that realization, the Metalfor SAm company located in Marcos Juárez, received the ‘Industrial Sector’ award, a statuette that is the sculpture ‘The world in your hands’, developed by the artist Eduardo Quintana.
“Since we took over we have managed to position the company in a place of leadership within a country with a long history alongside the Argentine countryside, we positioned and made it grow safely at every step. This has meant that in difficult years for the sector like the current one, we can fulfill our commitments to our clients and to the market in general. We are proud of Metalfor’s present and happy for the medium term that awaits us with great launches,” said María Rosa Miguel, Vice President of Metalfor SA.
The ceremony was held in the Main Hall of the Teatro del Libertador San Martín, in the city of Córdoba. It was chaired by Eduardo Accastello, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Mining of the Province; Myrian Prunotto, vice-governor-elect; Daniel Passerini, elected mayor of the city; the head of the Cacec, Miguel Zonnaras; and Luis Macario, president of the Industrial Union of Córdoba (UIC).
