Presumably, the victim’s body was found in a state of decomposition and with signs of violence at 11:40 in the morning of September 26, in a vacant lot in the Las Lomas subdivision, in the Tecomapa canton, in Metapán.
The first investigations carried out by the tax and police authorities suggest that the victim’s partner could be involved in the incident.
In the judicial proceeding, the judge ordered a formal investigation with provisional arrest against Linares Girón; and the case will go to the Specialized Court of Instruction for a Life Free of Violence and Discrimination for Women of Santa Ana.
