By EG DE LA CERNA/NOTIVERElements of the Ministry of Public Security seized a motorcycle which is presumed to have been used in the murder of lawyer Jaime Fernández, in the central area of the city of San Andrés Tuxtla.
While the operations by police elements continued to try to capture those responsible for the murder, a report was received of an abandoned motorcycle in the 7 Agosto alley in the center of the city.
After the arrival of the State Police officers, they observed that it had the same characteristics as one of the motorcycles used in the murder of lawyer Jaime Fernández, on 20 de Noviembre Street, almost on the corner of Gómez Pedraza.
Forensic experts arrived at the site and carried out the forensic investigations and then moved the unit to the corralón where it was placed at the disposal of the State Attorney General’s Office.
