New voice notes and messages sent by a Civil Guard non-commissioned officer to the witness who recorded him confessing illegalities dismantle the agent’s defense before the judge, to whom he alleged that he was pretending because he was acting as a “double agent.” These unpublished messages, which elDiario.es has accessed, confirm the intimate relationship of the brigade with the witness, with whom he spent a night in a hotel room that he paid for, and point to indications of new illegalities by the Economic Crimes Team of the Madrid Command, such as access to medical data without judicial authorization.
