The commander of the support group for the protection of institutions Gnl Bde Alexandre Muyenge congratulated these winners for the training they have just completed and asked them to implement these techniques to ensure the security of the institutions they will be called to protect, do so in accordance with the texts of the republic.
Police officer Habonimana Ferdinand, who had represented the general police inspectorate, also asked these winners to only use force as a last resort, and to cooperate well with colleagues for the success of the work.
