The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, after the Initial Hearing against Baltazar Ochoa Martínez, managed to keep him in prison while the criminal process against him continues, for the alleged feminicide of his ex-partner.
“Thanks to the initial evidence presented by the FGR, Baltazar Ochoa Martínez will remain in prison while the criminal process against him continues, for the feminicide of his ex-partner. “Ochoa continuously exerted physical violence on the victim and in September of this year he took her life,” said the FGR.
According to information from the FGR, the feminicide occurred on September 24 of this year. The victim constantly suffered physical attacks from Ochoa and that day, he hit her with such force that she required medical attention and 2 days later she died.
