After two consecutive games as a visitor in the Brazilian Championship, Tricolor will return to Morumbi this Thursday (2) to host Cruzeiro, at 8 pm, in a duel valid for the 31st round.
São Paulo occupies 11th place in the tournament, with 39 points in 30 games – until the start of this round. The Cruzeiro team has 37 points and is in 14th place.
Tricolor’s last match with Cruzeiro, at Morumbi, was during the 2018 Brasileirão: on that occasion, with assistance from Arboleda after a corner kick, the São Paulo team beat the Minas Gerais team 1-0 with a goal from Diego Souza.
The São Paulo team’s next match of the season will be against Red Bull Bragantino on November 8th (Wednesday), at 8pm, in Vila Belmiro.
