One of the latest events was recorded by a video surveillance camera whose images show how Two subjects traveling on a motorcycle identify their victim and minutes later one of them perpetrates the robbery in a store, where there were several people, including a doctor from San Juan de Dios.
The recording shows how the criminal draws a firearm and intimidates those who were in the store, but focuses on the doctor, whom he strips of his belongings and He then leaves the business to escape with his accomplice on a motorcycle.

The victim assures that they can no longer go out to shop food because assaults are becoming more and more recurrent.

Jorge Aguilar Chinchilla, spokesperson for the Ministry of the Interior, said that, although there is no formal complaint in this regard, they will reinforce security in the perimeter of the hospital with the greatest presence of PNC agents.
