The Civil Guard links ERC with Tsunami Democratic, through Marta Rovira, in the terrorism investigation that the National Court is keeping open against this platform that coordinated “the execution of large-scale actions that mobilized thousands of people and compromised the economic, social, business and institutional stability of Spain” to achieve the freedom of the “political prisoners”, amnesty and self-determination of Catalonia.
This is revealed by the latest report from the Information Service of the Civil Guard sent to magistrate Manuel García Castellón – to which LA RAZÓN has had access -, in which it is considered that the current general secretary of ERC is behind the user “Matagalls” , to whom he attributes the “coordination” of this movement “in relation to the search for institutional support and his political party” and in “certain actions of the platform”, including the occupation of the Prat airport (Barcelona) in October of 2019.
The investigation into Tsunami Democrátic is pending the final report of the Prosecutor’s Office, which according to the sources consulted will propose to the instructor to refer the investigation, now focused on eight defendants, to the courts of Barcelona by lowering the classification of the events to a crime of public disorder aggravated.
