EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW – Of Rwandan nationality, the secretary general of the International Organization of the Francophonie affirms her opposition to inclusive writing and deciphers the reasons for the political crisis as well as the anti-French sentiment which is currently shaking Africa.

Former Minister of Foreign Affairs under Rwandan President Paul Kagamé, Louise Mushikiwabo was elected head of the International Organization of the Francophonie in 2018, and re-elected in 2022.
