“I am offended and furious.” Giampiero Mughini blurts out at the opening of the episode of Big Brother broadcast tonight. The writer, one of the 5 nominated contestants, has ended up in a storm in recent days for an unfortunate remark addressed to Angelica. The 26-year-old girl, during the Halloween party, danced in a way that Mughini deemed ‘excessive’, prefiguring a future as a ‘slut’ for the young woman.
“To be told at my age that I am capable of disrespecting a girl who is my friend is an ignoble thing. I am offended and furious”, says Mughini, turning to Alfonso Signorini. “With Angelica we cleared up after 10 minutes, but do you realise? I must have said that dirty joke about fifty times to my friends and they were happy. I made a reasoning, but you have a spy’s eye and you wallow in it” , he adds.
