To support those affected by Hurricane Otis and as part of the actions to help in the recovery of Acapulco, the Institute of Security and Social Services of State Workers (Issste) will assign extraordinary personal loans for victims who request it, informed beneficiaries the general director, Pedro Zenteno Santaella.

The institute has this type of special credits to assist beneficiaries and their families at this time. The director of Economic, Social and Cultural Benefits, Yezmín Lehmann Mendoza, sent personnel to attend to the procedures and expedite the process in favor of affected members, she indicated.

Pedro Zenteno highlighted that the process is completely free and the loan will be given to all those affected who meet the requirements. He stressed that the interest rate is the lowest of the types of personal loans offered by the institute.
