RESOLUTION of the Vice-Rector for Internationalization of the University of Granada by which the final award of aid for registration in the HELA (Higher Education Lecturing Accreditation) or Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) test is published.
Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route by virtue of articles 84.1 of the Statutes of the University, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/2011 of July 12 (BOJA no. 147, of July 28, 2011) and of the article 38.4 of Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, of the University System, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed before the Magnificent Rector of the University of Granadawithin a period of one month, starting from the day following publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Court of the Contentious-Administrative Granadawithin a period of two months, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (BOE of July 14).
