On the corner of Santiago del Estero and Juan José Paso there is a betting agency, a various sales kiosk and a medical center about to open. They carry out antisocial activities, generating anxiety, fear, concern and helplessness in the neighbors because commercial premises and homes are not rented and lose value, in addition to the fact that we neighbors witness countless inappropriate situations between them and third parties. The above is aggravated by the existence of a trash can in front of the vacant lot, from which they obtain papers, cardboard and bottles to accumulate, which attract a large number of rats and other rodents, making the neighbors unable to cooperate with the cleaning of the area. and make Santiago Street (one of the main arteries connecting with the western part of Tucumán) viable for traffic and its pedestrians. It is cordially requested that this situation be made public, since we neighbors are very saddened by the events written up.
