In recent months, many users have complained about the dysfunctions affecting this public service in the Ile-de-France region, which is essential to the daily lives of thousands of people with disabilities. Created in 2002, the PAM service – “To Help with Mobility» – aims to facilitate travel for people with reduced mobility. And if it has functioned perfectly for two decades, the ongoing regionalization of the PAM – which until now operated at the departmental level – has led to numerous disruptions for those who depend on it.

At the origin of these dysfunctions? The creation of the PAM on an Ile-de-France scale, which has led to major changes, both in terms of reservations and general operating regulations and even the method of payment. In total, between 10,000 and 12,000 people would benefit from the service throughout Île-de-France, including 4,500 in the already regionalized sector which includes Paris (75), Essonne (91) and Val-de-Marne (94). )…
