After dominating the big screen for decades, the Titans are preparing to conquer our TVs too with the first live action series from Legendary Pictures’ MonsterVerse. The first official spin-off was the animated series “Skull Island”, released in 2023 on Netflix, but with “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” the aim is to expand the Godzilla universe in a visually more organic way, involving well-known faces from the saga and new recruits to integrate into the canon. The series will consist of ten episodes, created by Chris Black and developed together with Matt Fraction, to be seen streaming on Apple TV+ from November 17th on a weekly basis.
