Banks and credit organizations will be able to receive information about constituent documents, managers, owners, beneficiaries of companies, about taxation and the organization’s fulfillment of tax obligations, including tax returns, payments and debts, from the State Services. The expansion of the list of data is provided for by the draft resolution of the Ministry of Digital Development, published on the website of regulatory legal acts. Expanding the list of data for legal entities or citizens will allow them to receive a wider range of government and commercial services and banking products, a representative of the Ministry of Digital Development noted.
