As shared by Javier de la Calle, the company together with the National Union of Workers of Monte de Piedad have been seeking some type of agreement regarding the collective contract; However, so far they have not been able to reach any.

Because they have not been able to reach an agreement on the negotiation of the collective bargaining contract with the company’s directors, the National Monte de Piedad Workers Union have on some occasions called for a strike, which has been carried out. been postponing; However, the last extension presented ends on November 18.
