A 40-year-old woman was the victim of multiple fatal blows in her home in Santa Ana in June 2022, by Ronald David RO, identified as her partner, for which he was charged with aggravated femicide. She had previously been in prison for other crimes at the Izalco Penal Center, Sonsonate.
During the preliminary hearing in the Specialized Court of Instruction for a Life Free of Violence and Discrimination for Women of Santa Ana, documentary, expert and testimonial evidence was presented that supported the accusations against Ronald David RO
The judge admitted all the evidence presented, ratifying the provisional detention of Ronald David, sending him to trial for the crime of aggravated femicide.
