The list of countries already qualified: Germany, France, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Scotland, Turkey, Austria, England, Hungary, Slovakia, Albania, Denmark, Switzerland, Romania, Netherlands.

The draw for the group stage will take place on December 2 in Hamburg (Germany), while the last three tickets will be awarded during the Nations League play-offs in March 2024.
