It is not an easy matter for Israel to quickly come up with a lot of evidence that Hamas’s command center is located under Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza. But a British doctor who worked at the hospital in question confirms that the hospital is also used for non-medical purposes. He describes an atmosphere of “collective paranoia” and “genuine fear” of Hamas.
