CaixaBank has received the V Manuel Olivencia Award for Good Corporate Governance, which distinguishes the best governance practices of listed companies in Spain. The award ceremony was held in the Jerónimos Cloister of the Prado Museum, with the presence of José Ignacio Goirigolzarri, president of CaixaBank; José Luis Rodríguez, director of the Manuel Olivencia Prize; Matías Rodríguez Inciarte, president of the jury; Macarena Olivencia, honorary president of the jury; and Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, member of the award jury.

In this edition the jury has highlighted CaixaBank’s transparency and accountability exercise, its relationship policy with shareholders and other interest groupslthe composition of its board of directors (in terms of diversity) and directors’ remuneration policy.
