The French team of the Sailing America’s Cup has incorporated the technology from a Valencian bicycle company train to their athletes. As reported by the Orient Express Racing Team, they have reached an alliance with Zycle which, they claim, is “a world leader in creating realistic experiences of indoor cycling designed for professional athletes.
The oldest sailing competition in the world, which next week holds the second preliminary in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), has four cyclists on board of the largest vessel, the AC75, which propel the ‘flying’ boats. Son the so-called ‘cyclors’which arise from the contraction of the terms ‘cyclist’ and ‘sailor’.
