South Korean technology company Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S22 series next month. Because its 2022 flagship is to launch smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 + and Galaxy S22 Ultra are expected to be unveiled at the company’s upcoming event. Samsung has now started mocking the release of these devices at its upcoming Galaxy Unbaked event which will take place in February.
The smartphones are expected to feature the latest Snapdragon 8 General 1 and Exynos 2200 chips in various areas. In an editorial on Thursday, TM Roh, Samsung’s President and Head of MX Business, teased the company’s upcoming Galaxy S22 series release. “The next generation Galaxy S is coming here, combining the best experiences of our Samsung Galaxy into one ultimate device,” Roh said.
This year offers the “remarkable” Galaxy S-Series model that the company has created so far for smartphones. Samsung’s Galaxy S22 Ultra will have a built – in S Pen and will change the company’s note line. The blog post also confirms the Galaxy Unlocked event in February. Samsung has also released a video teaser for the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. It did not reveal much about the smartphones expected to be launched next month.
Roh teased some of the capabilities of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, including bright night photography and fast performance. The post also said that the upcoming Galaxy S22 series smartphone will also be more stable. Although Samsung has not released an official date for the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, the Dipster Ice Universe says that the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on February 8th and launch on February 9th in China.
This is in line with the previous report which suggested a February 8 date for the next Galaxy Unpacked event. Ahead of the release of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 series, Dipster Tohiun Kim (@ dohyun854) has shared a list of parts and chipsets that may feature in smartphones. According to Tipster, the new Galaxy S22 series will feature the latest Snapdragon 8 General 1 SoC in East Asia, Southeast Asia, Oceania and North and South America.
Meanwhile, Dipster says smartphones tend to launch in Europe with the new Exynos 2200 SoC, while West Asia, Africa and the Middle East can choose between the chipsets.
