The Artemiseño filmmakers returned from the National Radio Festival in Holguín with a basket full of prizes and the news that the province of Artemisa will host this Festival next year, according to Yuzaima Cardona, General Director of Cuban Radio.
A total of 15 awards were contributed by the creators of Radio Artemisa, while Radio Ariguanabo was in charge of adding another three to the harvest, enough to make our province the most awarded in the radio contest.

Yusiván once again tasted the sweetness of victory by winning the Varied Programs Award, through For the elves of the home; in unit dramatized program and in musicals. Artemisa also has the Best Program Director of the 2023 Holguín National Radio Festival: Yusivan López Suárez, for the set of award-winning programs.
The Award for Best Female Voiceover went to Danielis Carmenate Naranjo, while Greismary Zamora won it in the Children’s section. Maida Ramón Suárez was distinguished for Best Consulting and Laura María was distinguished again, this time for Best Journalistic Production. In the theme dedicated to the centenary of Cuban Radio she won the work Goar Master, is Ángel the Demon?by director Hernán Iglesias, from Ariguanabo.
