“We have a very satisfactory assessment of this edition,” assures Audrey Brulé, deputy general director of Dijon Bourgogne Events, the organizing company of the Dijon Fair. At the beginning of November, for more than ten days, the fair brought together nearly 154,000 visitors. This is 30,000 more entries than last year and almost as many as before the health crisis. According to the organizer’s satisfaction surveys, 89% of visitors say they want to participate in the next edition.

Because in Dijon, the fair, which celebrated its 100th anniversary this year, is an unmissable event. “The fair is part of the DNA of the Dijonnais and the Côte-d’Or! », Confirms Hubert Cunat, general director of Dijon Bourgogne Events. The objective of the event since its creation has been to promote Burgundian gastronomy to build the brand image of Dijon. The economic importance of the event is therefore crucial.
