After the incident linked to the rocking of the OL bus on the sidelines of the match against OM on October 29, Ligue 1 once again experienced a similar situation this Sunday. While Brest supporters were returning to their bus and had just left Mosson after their team’s success against Montpellier (3-1), their bus was stoned while it was being escorted towards the A750 motorway, according to France Blue. Questioned by the local media, the police established a report of two minor injuries. For its part, the Breton daily Le Télégramme adds that the perpetrators have not yet been identified. France Bleu specifies that the top of the windshield of the bus was broken and that a side window exploded.

Before the match, the situation was already experiencing several tensions. Three Brest residents in their twenties were arrested. Two of them had pyrotechnic devices while a third individual had a telescopic baton when he wanted to enter the stadium.

The incidents of October 29 are obviously still on everyone’s minds. The match between OM and Lyon had in fact been canceled (then postponed to December 6) because the Lyon players’ bus had also been stoned before its arrival at the Vélodrome stadium by OM supporters. The coach of Olympique Lyonnais, Fabio Grosso, was particularly affected in the eyebrow area. Lyon fan buses were also targeted that evening.
