This project, located between Calle Cartagena and Avenida de los Toreros, was born with the objective of connecting three buildings around a central patio, achieving a total fusion of the departments of this new municipal civic center. The original Bath House (1932) is the center of the complex, to which two other buildings were later added. With the renovation, the original spaces have been maintained, providing them with mobile partitions to make the most of the available space, which has a library, assembly hall, workshops and other recreational rooms.

Royal Artillery Factory of Seville

The construction of the Royal Artillery Factory of Seville (1782) was promoted by Charles III and today it is a clear example of the Iberian industrial architecture of that time. This building has been renovated and used for different uses on numerous occasions and Ferrovial has been responsible for recovering its original structure and appearance, which had been lost over time. At the same time, it has been provided with versatile rooms, with capacity for exhibitions, theaters, rooms for events, coworking, etc. Always maintaining its original open space, just as it was conceived. This enclave, located in the center of Seville, will be the new Magallanes ICC Center, a proposal presented between Spain and Portugal to promote joint cultural and innovation programming.

“El Bartolo”, as this building in the historic center of Salamanca is known colloquially, dating back to 1401, is today the headquarters of Spanish courses for foreigners. A space that can accommodate one thousand two hundred people in a total area of ​​5,000 square meters. During its remodeling, the archaeological remains of the Colegio de la Magdalena and the church of San Ginés were found. The rehabilitation covered the needs of the courses both in the field of teaching, administration and research, with a total of 31 classrooms, a large assembly hall and a language laboratory, libraries and several work rooms, maintaining always the original appearance and spaces of the complex.

Two buildings of the Casa de Campo

The Crystal Pavilion is the main building of the Casa de Campo Fairgrounds. During the rehabilitation carried out by Ferrovial, work was done to improve safety conditions, adapting the building to current regulations. The former Ministry of Housing, also in the Casa de Campo, is an example of modern Madrid architecture from the 60s. The renovation that the company carried out in 2018 recovered the original state of the building, providing it with modern connectivity functionalities , sustainability and energy efficiency. It is currently the headquarters of Madrid in Game, a municipal association that promotes innovation and technology.
