Doha: The country is freezing. People enjoying the winter. This weekend is going to be cold and chilly. The lowest temperature was recorded on Friday. The winter is characterized by strong winds and occasional thunderstorms.
Expatriates and citizens alike are enjoying the cold in the midst of Kovid restrictions as the country is facing severe cold again after many years. Many people do not leave their homes due to the extreme cold and walk outside in the cold.

Meanwhile, the winds had eased yesterday. The average temperature in different parts of the country was between 2 and 9 degrees Celsius. Friday’s temperatures were below 10 degrees in Abu Sidra, Al Jumailia, Dukhan, Abu Nakhla, Al Shahania, Lusail, Al Qarana, Misaid, Umm Bab and Al Khor. The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy winters until mid-next week.
