On November 28, the People’s Council of Bac Tu Liem district, term III, term 2021-2026 held its 13th meeting.
The District People’s Council conducts procedures to dismiss the Chairman of the District People’s Council and Chairman of the District People’s Committee for the 2021-2026 term; Dismissal of District People’s Committee members; elect the position of Chairman of the District People’s Council and Chairman of the District People’s Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
At the meeting, 100% of district People’s Council delegates voted to dismiss Mr. Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuyen; dismissed the position of Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Tu Liem District for Mr. Luu Ngoc Ha (previously, Mr. Luu Ngoc Ha was assigned by the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Tu Liem District Party Committee); Dismissed District People’s Committee member Mr. Nguyen Van Hach, former Head of the District Natural Resources and Environment Department, due to transfer to another job.
City leaders congratulated the Chairman of the People’s Council and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Tu Liem district.
Also at the meeting, the People’s Council of Bac Tu Liem district carried out the process of electing the position of Chairman of the District People’s Council. Accordingly, 100% of delegates elected Mr. Luu Ngoc Ha, Secretary of the District Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the People’s Council of Bac Tu Liem district, term 2021-2026; elected Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee to hold the position Chairman of Bac Tu Liem District People’s Committeeterm 2021-2026.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuyen has held several positions: Secretary of Tu Liem District Youth Union; Chief of Office of the People’s Council – People’s Committee of Tu Liem district, Head of the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee, Head of the Socio-Economic Committee of the People’s Council of Bac Tu Liem District, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Council of Bac Tu Liem District.
