According to the latest survey by the consulting firm Cadem, 46% of Chileans would be “against” and 38% “in favor” of a new Constitution, ahead of the plebiscite on December 17. According to the survey, the option In Favor for the Constitutional Plebiscite (supported by the Chilean right) rose six points (+38%), while that of Against (supported by the left) fell three (-46%).
