The arrival of a new player is not always very well accepted, at least at the inter-professional level.
It’s not every day that a new union appears in the French social landscape. So, when it is not a new structure but a new concept, the event is even more unique. This cycle of professional elections will indeed see for the first time “eco-unions” on the starting grid in several dozen companies across the country.
If these newcomers share with their more traditional colleagues the issues of salaries and working conditions, the main goal is to “use the union tool to advance the ecological issue”, underlines Anne Le Corre, one of the co-founders of Ecological Spring, the most important of these new players.
