PSG even started the match better and quickly pushed Newcastle into the defensive zone, however the French team’s players were unable to be dangerous and the team’s star, Kylian Mbapppé, quickly became unnerved by the decisions of the Polish referee, Szymon Marciniak, with whom he has had a tense relationship since the 2022 World Cup final that Argentina won against France.

Over the minutes, the English grew and began to appear close to the Parisians’ area, until they opened the scoring.

Portuguese-British defender Tino Livramento launched the Paraguayan striker of theMagpies’, Miguel Almironwhat shot at goal, however the Italian goalkeeper, Gianluigi Donnarumma, deflected the ball… to the feet of the Swedish striker, Alexander Isak, who just had to push the ball into the back of the goal.

After this goal conceded, PSG tried to reach a draw before the end of the first half, but failed. At half-time the English were ahead, 0-1.
