Cuddalore District Team Shines in State-Level Archery Competition
Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu – The Cuddalore district team has made headlines by winning medals in the state level archery competition organized by the Tamil Nadu University of Physical Education and Sports in Chennai.
Nine students from the Cuddalore Tiger International Martial Arts Training School – Jayasurya, Oviya, Jananibriya, Krishika, Kamlesh, Sri Hariharan, Rakshan, Ritheesh, and Jayasimha, emerged as gold medalists on behalf of the Cuddalore district team. Additionally, the team secured the second prize in the overall championship, amassing a total of 25 medals, including 12 silver medals and four bronze medals.
The achievement did not go unnoticed, as Cuddalore Superintendent of Police, Rajaram, took the opportunity to felicitate the successful students. The ceremony was attended by Suresh Kumar, founder of the Tiger International Training School, as well as trainers Chandrasekaran and Karthikeyan.
The district and the school are proud of the students’ remarkable performance, and the success serves as a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of the young athletes. Congratulations to the Cuddalore district team for their impressive feat in the state level archery competition.
