10:00 a.m.: Arrest of a Russian-Italian accused of acts of sabotage for Ukraine
“A Russian-Italian national (…), involved in acts of sabotage and terrorist acts at military infrastructure and transport sites in the Ryazan region”, approximately 200 km southeast of Moscow, was arrested, the Russian Security Service (FSB) said in a statement.
He is a resident of Ryazan, born in 1988, who, according to the FSB, admitted to having been recruited by Ukrainian military intelligence in February and to having subsequently undergone training in acts of sabotage in Latvia, provided by the services Latvian specials, before returning to Russia a month later.
